Eligibility & Admission Process
Candidates need a pass in 10+2 (PUC / CBSE / ICSE or equivalent) with Physics and Mathematics compulsory, plus Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science or Electronics as the third subject, generally with a minimum 45–50% aggregate (relaxed for reserved categories per Karnataka HED norms). Admission then follows one of PES's accepted routes: KCET, JEE Main.
- Apply online / register for the relevant entrance exam or direct-admission process.
- Upload documents for eligibility verification.
- Attend counselling (KEA/COMEDK) or management-quota document verification.
- Confirm your seat with the applicable fee payment.
- Complete admission formalities and begin classes.

Scholarship
Prof. MRD Scholarship: 50% tuition refund for the top 5% by CGPA. Prof. CNR Rao Scholarship: 40% refund for the next 20%.

Cutoff
PESSAT has been discontinued from AY 2026-27 — PES now admits purely through KCET and JEE Main scores. CSE/AI&ML remain the most competitive specialisations by a wide margin.
